How can I set up a new e-mail account in Outlook? 1. First, open Outlook by clicking Start, Programs, (Microsoft Office) and Microsoft Outlook. If you are opening Outlook 2002 or 2003 for the first time, a window with the title Outlook Startup Wizard Screen will appear automatically. Click Next. The E-mail Accounts window will appear.
2. Select the "Yes" option to set up an e-mail account, and click Next.
