Outlook: How to Add the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) Field

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click Tools, Options
  3. Click on the Mail Format tab
  4. Now Uncheck

“Use Microsoft Word to Edit e-mail messages” and
“Use Microsoft Word to Edit e-mail messages”

  1. Click OK.
  2. Click File, New Mail Message
  3. Double Click View
  4. Click BCC Field (You should now see the BCC line.  Now we need to put stuff back.
  5. Close the open blank message.
  6. Click Tools, Options
  7. Click on the Mail Format tab
  8. Now Check

“Use Microsoft Word to Edit e-mail messages” and
“Use Microsoft Word to Edit e-mail messages”

  1. Click OK and you’re done!
