How to Lock your PC

Windows Key + L should Lock the workstation, with Fast User Switching disabled.

If not, check the registry value here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Set AllowMultipleTSSessions to 0 if you want the Lock the Workstation by pressing Winkey+L
